Your Tours Portugal holds the national certification seals of Clean & Safe (Tourist Entertainment), Clean & Safe (Guides-Interpreters) and the international certification of Safe Travels – WTTC Seal, as a result of the company’s and its team’s investment in the specific training carried out and, most importantly, the implementation of the internal prevention and safety protocol.
Your Tours Portugal works only with partners who comply with the mandatory recommendations and requirements of their respective sector, following the hygiene and prevention standards required in the services provided.
Your Tours Portugal guarantees the best conditions of comfort and safety, to you, our employees and partners, during the course of your tours or in the provision of your tourist services. You can consult all preventive measures, as well as the internal protocol.
Insurances
All tours, packages and services from Your Tours Portugal, as well as its customers and employees, are fully covered by mandatory insurance required by law for this activity, including (but not limited to): Liability Insurance, Road Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, Workplace Accident Insurance
GENERAL TOPICS
a) When acquiring the products/services of Your Tours – either through the site or directly through the Booking Department – you accept the terms and conditions here presented, so we recommend that you read them completely.
b) All the services/products of Your Tours are created, organized and executed as a licensed Tour Operator and Travel Agency , according to the according to the Portuguese legislation and under the RNAAT 347/2016 and RNVAT 9902.
c) The purchase of the products/services on yourtours.pt/yourtravel.pt, or directly through our Booking Department, is permitted to parties who, under Portuguese law, are allowed to access websites and make purchases on them. This means that individual customers (other than companies/partners), must be over 18 years old and have the legal to acquire the products/services of Your Tours or, in the lack of these conditions, do it under the guardianship of a legally responsible legally responsible.
d) In view of the previous paragraph Your Tours cannot be held responsible for the following:
(i) presentation of forged identification data;
ii) non-presentation of data that leads to determine that the customer has declared or alleged incapacity to decide or dependence on others for decision making;
e) When buying products/services by any sales channel of Your Tours, Your Tours will have to request data regarding the customer’s identity of the customer, for the exercise of the activity that he will/is buying.
f) The terms and conditions presented below can be changed, in case of necessity of adjustment, changes that
will always be introduced and identified as “amendments” to the above, for a minimum period of 6 months, after its publication.
g) The copy, reproduction, download, publication, transmission, public availability of any content of
yourtours.pt/yourtravel.pt, other than for personal non-commercial use, can only be made with clear authorization given by them, in writing.
h) Your Tours does not authorize any kind of speculative or fraudulent solicitation, for its own use, through robots or other automated means to access this site, except when allowed in writing by them.
i) Your Tours does not endorse any offensive, inaccurate or inappropriate content of any kind. However, as with any active in cyberspace, may be exposed to such content by action outside our means. In such an event, Your Tours is not responsible for such fact.

where such content will be available.
2) AFFILIATE ACCOUNT
a) When creating an account to use certain products/services of yourtours.pt/yourtravel.pt, you will be asked for some necessary general identification data. This information is protected, but it is up to the user to ensure the confidentiality of your account password.
b) All activities that take place in the affiliate account, are the sole responsibility of its user. In case of
non-compliance, the user must promptly notify Your Tours, through the contacts available on the site.
c) The affiliate account must be a personal account, it is not allowed to adopt another identity, to create an account for someone else, provide an email address other than the user’s, or create more than one account, without the due knowledge and knowledge and authorization of Your Tours.
d) Your Tours reserves the right to close any account, at any time, if it feels the effective necessity
to do so.
3) PRODUCTS / SERVICES – VALIDITY, MODIFICATIONS AND CORRECTIONS
a) All products / services are valid in accordance with the dates, conditions and assumptions displayed by
yourtours.pt/yourtravel.pt, or any site affiliated to it. Your Tours is not responsible for any information that
does not provide directly.
b) All requests for availability, booking or modifications/corrections should be directed to the site or directly to the Your Tours’ Booking Department, whose contacts are available there.
c) Your Tours does not guarantee to be able to change or modify dates or conditions, of reservations already confirmed (or, if it is the possibility of making them, does not guarantee that they are free of costs or fees), for reasons of force force majeure (adverse weather conditions, road works, traffic, road closures, among others), services events or products of third-party companies, whose conditions are unrelated to its internal process.
